Nada Shedid is a Graduate Student in the College of Staten Island studying Neuroscience and Developmental Disabilities. She is currently a NYC Department of Education Substitute Teacher working with special needs students. She is completing a research project in Dr. Dan McCloskeys lab and her interest involves approaches regarding behavioral activity of the Naked Mole Rats while studying structural and developmental aspects. Her long term goals are to explore better treatments and care for ASD individuals.
